  • Tether™ Experience Marketing Platform (XMP)

    Tether™ XMP, MobileXCo’s Experience Marketing software product, is a web-based campaign management and measurement application. It is available to our clients for the purpose of monitoring campaign results in real-time, collecting consumer contact details, logging engagement activity, and managing consumer support tickets and communications via email and mobile message services (SMS).

    One of the more powerful use cases for Tether™ XMP is the ability to establish rule-based messaging workflows to automate engagement with program participants. Much like B2B marketers utilize “drip” campaign mechanics to progress “leads” through a sales journey, B2C marketers can leverage Tether™ to send reminders, encourage actions and invite further engagement.

  • Receipt Upload & Analysis

    After a receipt is submitted by a participant, it is received by MobileXCo’s proprietary Tether™ XMP application and handled in one of two ways for processing:

    1. Through our Automated Data Extraction Image Pipeline; and/or

    2. Human review and validation

    While MobileXCo strives to automate as much of the processing of receipts as possible, inconsistencies in image quality and limitations of available processing software means human intervention is required as part of every purchase-linked promotion.

    Each receipt submission comes with a wealth of data points associated with it. To harness the power of this information we collect data at three levels:

    Promotion Metrics

    - Number of participants, purchases, and rewards awarded
    - Track against established goals & past performance benchmarks

    Retailer Metrics

    - Share of participants, transactions and sales by region, retailer and store
    - SKU mix, average transaction value and compliance by retailer

    Shopper Metrics

    - Demographic, behavioural, and supplemental "declared" data from surveys, feedback, and messaging
    - New vs existing customers (from past promotions)

  • Campaign & Analytics Reporting

    The ‘Reporting’ abilities of Tether™ XMP provides access to the data collected in a CSV or XLSX format for easy analysis and manipulation outside of Tether™.  Our real-time dashboard updates to help track performance.

    All reports can be configured for automatic delivery on a set schedule to the email inbox of the authorized Agency and Client Tether™ XMP users. The frequency for delivery of these reports can be set as either ‘Daily’, ‘Weekly’, ‘Monthly’ or ‘Custom’ (where specific dates & times can be set per report).

    Additionally, as part of MobileXCo’s commitment to “thinking beyond the promotion”, a detailed post-campaign report will identify, calculate and provide commentary on as many fronts as possible, given the data available.
