    Our product, Tether, helps retail and brand marketers form meaningful relationships with their customers by better understanding who they are, what they do, and making it easy to personalize digital experiences at scale. We leverage artificial intelligence, real-time data and actionable insights to knock down the barriers that most often impede the ability of modern marketers to respond proactively and appropriately to their customers' needs. 

    Our goal is simple: Help marketers sell more through determining which activities, actions and customers drive the greatest return, and then do more of that. Simply put, we “take the guesswork out of marketing”. 

    We have an immediate opening for a Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will be expected to assist in the continued development of our SaaS marketing platform as we scale it out - Act as mentor and ‘developer duck’ for other developers on the team through code-reviews or impromptu sessions

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Demonstrable senior-level experience with Laravel 5 (bonus points for it being distributed across multiple instances)

    Demonstrable experience with AngularJS 1.x

    Demonstrable experience with AngularJS Material 1.x

    Have previously worked on a SaaS application

    Have worked on a multi-tenant application

    DESIREMENTS

    Thorough understanding of applying TDD principles to Laravel

    Understand how to address AWS scaling challenges (in the context of Laravel)

    AWS Serverless (Python)

    Have worked in a Continuous Delivery environment before

    Have worked with marketing agencies before

    Have worked in a regulated industry before

    Have worked in the retail industry before

    Run a mixture of 5.x Laravel apps across several services

    Use the Bitbucket variant of Git to control our source code

    Manage and prioritize tasks within Trello

    We have an immediate opening for an energetic, hyper-organized and enthusiastic Account Executive. In this role, you will be expected to manage client service responsibilities with a select group of agency partners. The successful candidate offers sound project management skills and works well with all functional areas of a business. This is a developmental role, with the long-term goal of becoming an Account Director and/or Client Services Lead. 

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop strong client relationships and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client’s business needs.

    Manage the execution of simultaneous campaigns including managing budgets, timelines, dockets, coordination of meetings (internal and client), creative/technical revisions, estimate approvals, and work-back schedules.

    Lead and document client and internal meetings at appropriate level.

    Liaise with clients and address day-to-day issues at appropriate level.

    Participate in the development of campaigns, reviewing all deliverables at every stage.

    Monitor the status and progress of each campaign to ensure they are completed on time and in full.

    Coordinate and execute general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the account.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    1-3+ years of related experience.

    Marketing communications and/or promotion agency experience is preferred.

    Work well under pressure and tight timelines, having solid stress management skills.

    Strong project management skills and demonstrable organizational abilities.

    General knowledge of project management and/or communication tools (i.e. Hubspot, Slack, Trello, Monday.com).

    Detail-oriented and ‘take ownership’ attitude.

    Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced environment.
