This provides a distinct connection between media distribution consumers see and the promotion website. We provide the option to host the campaign site at a vanity url or to simply redirect a current url.

Prize Fulfillment
Our team can provide assistance with services related to the sourcing and procurement of physical and digital prizes. We or a trusted fulfillment partner complete fulfillment of prizes (physical or digital) through email, text, or mail. 

Winner Selection
When it comes to contest(s) winner(s) selection(s) we randomly select winners from our database of participants (based on the rules of the contest). The winner(s) is contacted via email, phone, or text and issued a skill-testing-question as well as a release form. Once a winner(s) is verified their prize is sent.

Incentivize participation with a variety of prize options including; physical and digital gifts, rebates and coupons, or even contest entries.

CRM Integration

Part of all experiences is the collection of valuable consumer data – both “declared data” (name, email, phone number, address, etc.) and “behavioural data”. While the behavioural data serves a vital role in managing the various part of any campaign (triggering the correct message based on the retailer at which a participant shops, for example), declared data can be extremely valuable for building a robust database of consumer contact information. This is why we offer the ability to establish an API connection between Tether™ XMP and clients' CRM system of record for the purpose of adding, augmenting or synching customer records.

For common, established CRM systems like Salesforce and Hubspot, we are readily equipped to implement this service. If a proprietary CRM system is in place, a scoping exercise is required to determine the feasibility and requirements for system integrations. 

Survey

Our clients have had great success leveraging one of our more commonly used experience types – surveys – as a way to collect relevant and timely information from promotion participants as an “extension” to a bigger program, such as a Purchase-Linked Promotion™.

By presenting participants with an option to complete a short 5-10 question survey, the sponsoring brands collect valuable information related to the usage and attitude of consumers of their products.
